Resale of P2P Fund units
Fund units are illiquid, but they can sometimes change hands before the underlying company has a liquidity event.
How resales work
A unit-holder lists their units in the Resales tab of Investment opportunities. Other verified investors can subscribe to purchase them, subject to the fund's transfer provisions.
Pricing
Resale prices are set by the seller and may be above or below the original offering price. The platform's indicative prices are informational, not appraisals.
Restrictions
The fund's governing documents control transfers. Some funds prohibit resales entirely; others require manager consent. Check the specific offering's documents before relying on resale liquidity.
Fees
Resale transactions carry the platform's standard flat technology fee, disclosed before you commit and non-refundable once a match locks.
