Indicative pricing
The P2P Price™ and the P2P 50 Index are model-derived indicative estimates based on platform activity. They do not represent executable quotes and may differ from actual transaction prices.
Technology services provider
P2P Shares operates strictly as a technology ledger and instruction provider. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, escrow agent, or money transmitter. All customer funds are held in dedicated escrow wallets at our chartered partner bank, which remains the legal custodian of funds at all times. Platform fees are billed by separate invoice to the platform's operating account and are never deducted from deal principal held in escrow.
Non-refundable fees
All platform fees — including technology escrow fees charged when a match locks — are fixed, non-contingent software infrastructure charges. They are earned when charged and are non-refundable, including where a transaction later fails to complete (for example, where an issuer exercises a right of first refusal or a buyer misses the funding deadline).
