Trading on P2P Shares: FAQ
How bids, listings, and matches work on the marketplace.
How do I buy?
Place a standing bid at your price, or bid directly on an existing listing from a seller. When a seller accepts — or a listing and bid cross — a match locks.
How do I sell?
Create a listing with your share count and asking price. Listing is free, and you stay anonymous until after a deal executes. No identity verification is needed to list — a 60-second check happens when a buyer locks your allocation.
What does a trade cost?
Each side of a matched trade pays a flat 0.25% technology escrow fee, charged when the match locks — never a success commission. Pre-funded buyers get 50% off the buyer-side fee. All fees are non-refundable.
Where do prices come from?
From the platform's own order book — live bids, asks, and executed matches. Private companies have no public ticker; external data sources supply company facts, never prices.
What are tier access windows?
New listings unlock by wallet balance: $5M+ wallets see them immediately (with a 30-minute lock), $1M+ after ~28 minutes, $500k+ after ~58 minutes, and $100k+ after ~88 minutes. Pre-funding your wallet earns the ⚡ Verified Liquidity badge and earlier access.
